Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using valudomain.com (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service with valudomain (the "Seller", "we", "us"), the operator of the Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

ValuDomain provides AI-assisted domain valuation, auction monitoring across third-party marketplaces, and portfolio management. Valuations and market data are estimates for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, or legal advice.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU) to use the Service.

4. Acceptable use

• No scraping, reselling, or republishing our valuations or comparable-sales data outside the product without written permission.
• No automated bulk requests beyond your plan's documented quotas.
• No attempts to bypass authentication, RLS, or rate limiting.
• No use of the Service for illegal activity, cybersquatting on trademarks, or harassment.

5. Plans and billing

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Payments and Merchant of Record. Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), who is the Merchant of Record for all orders placed through the Service. Paddle handles order fulfilment, billing inquiries, tax collection and remittance, subscription management, and refund requests. By placing an order you also agree to Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms.

Pricing and feature adjustments. We may adjust subscription fees, usage quotas, or feature availability to reflect changes in AI model costs, market conditions, or product evolution. Any price increase for existing subscribers will take effect at the next renewal with at least 30 days' advance notice via email or in-product announcement. If you do not accept the new price, you may cancel before the increase takes effect. Free-tier quotas may be adjusted at any time with notice; such changes do not affect paid subscribers' current plans.

6. Third-party data

The Service displays auction listings, WHOIS records, trademark data, and sales comparables sourced from third parties. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data and are not responsible for bids you place, registrations you make, or decisions you take based on it.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its UI, code, models, and aggregated comparable-sales database, is owned by ValuDomain. Content you create (portfolios, tags, notes, Pro Reports) remains yours; you grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to operate the Service.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ValuDomain disclaims all implied warranties and is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost bids.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that pose a security or abuse risk. You may delete your account at any time from the account page.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or in-product notice at least 14 days before they take effect. We also reserve the right to enhance, upgrade, or modify features of the Service as the product evolves. We will not materially reduce the core functionality of paid plans without at least 14 days' advance notice.
