Refund Policy

1. 7-day money back

New Pro subscribers can request a full refund within 7 days of their first paid charge, for any reason. Email billing@valudomain.com from your account email and we'll process the refund within 5 business days.

2. Renewals

Subscription renewals (month 2 onward, or year 2 onward for annual plans) are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time from your account page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep Pro features until then.

3. Annual plans

Annual plans qualify for the 7-day money back guarantee on the initial purchase. After 7 days, annual plans are non-refundable but remain active for the full paid term.

4. Service issues

If a billing error or extended outage prevented you from using the Service, contact us and we'll issue a prorated credit or refund at our discretion, even outside the 7-day window.

5. Abuse

Accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Service are not eligible for refunds.
