Refund Policy

1. 14-day money back
New Pro subscribers (valudomain customers) can request a full refund within 14 days of their first paid charge, for any reason. You can request a refund directly through our payment provider at paddle.net (using the email tied to your purchase), or email billing [at] valudomain.com and we'll coordinate the refund with Paddle within 5 business days.
2. Renewals
Subscription renewals (month 2 onward, or year 2 onward for annual plans) fall outside the 14-day money-back window. You can cancel at any time from your account page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep Pro features until then. Refund requests on renewals are still reviewed on a case-by-case basis — as the Merchant of Record, Paddle may grant a discretionary refund where circumstances warrant (e.g. accidental renewal, service issues), and we will support reasonable requests submitted via paddle.net or our billing email (see below).
3. Annual plans
Annual plans qualify for the 14-day money-back guarantee on the initial purchase. After 14 days, annual plans remain active for the full paid term; refund requests after that period are handled at Paddle's discretion as described in §2.
4. Service issues
If a billing error or extended outage prevented you from using the Service, contact us and we'll issue a prorated credit or refund at our discretion, even outside the 7-day window.
5. Abuse
Accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Service are not eligible for refunds.
