How accurate are ValuDomain valuations?
Every valuation is anchored to real comparable sales from public sources like NameBio and DNJournal, plus auction venues we monitor directly. The estimate is a range, not a single number, and the comps that produced it are always shown alongside.
Which auction platforms are monitored?
GoDaddy Auctions, NameJet, Dynadot, DropCatch, Sedo, and Namecheap Marketplace at launch. More are being added — request platforms via the contact page.
When do auction reminders fire?
Free and Pro accounts get reminders at 1 hour, 15 minutes, and 5 minutes before the listed deadline, by email and (optionally) Telegram.
How do I bind Telegram for notifications?
From the Account page, open the Notifications section and follow the bind-bot flow. You can unbind at any time.
What is a Pro Report?
A multi-page PDF with deep market analysis, comparable sales, trademark conflicts, pricing strategy, and a buyer-facing summary. Generated on demand from your dashboard.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the Account page; you keep Pro features until the end of your current billing period. See the Refund Policy for the 7-day money back rules.
How do I delete my account?
Email privacy@valudomain.com from your account address. We process deletions within 30 days as described in the Privacy Policy.
